On April 11, Experience Care will release its latest update, NS7.6.0. At that point, users will no longer be able to access Physician Orders Classic or Journal Entry Classic. Prepare for these changes by training your team now.
Additionally, in your Kardex forms, you will now see that “Supervision” and “Set-up” have been split into their own sections. If you previously selected “Supervision/Set-up”, that documentation will now default to “Supervision”. Users must audit each resident’s documentation to make sure that it is accurate. An additional modification to the Kardex is that we have expanded the descriptor for assist by adding “Limited” and “Extensive”. See below to get a glimpse.
