On June 15, 2022, Microsoft decided to sunset the Internet Explorer browser and thus complete the transition to Microsoft Edge that began in 2015. This means that the tech corporation no longer provides support for a browser that had been around for over 25 years, thus making it a major security risk.
As a result of these and other concerns, Experience Care stopped supporting tech issues related to using Internet Explorer as of April 30, 2022. Instead, we began asking Experience Care users to use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, which can also be used in Internet Explorer mode. Both browsers adhere to industry standards and support the latest technology, thus making for a smoother online experience.
The next phase comes in December of 2022, when we will stop allowing users to log into NetSolutions applications using Microsoft Internet Explorer.
