Beginning the weekend of October 22 and through the 26th, Experience Care is migrating all current hosted clients to our new Hosted Environment in Microsoft’s Azure Platform.

How will this affect you: – Your Hosted NetSolutions environment will be unavailable from 4:00 – 5:00 am Eastern Time during the migration. Your specific migration date was communicated October 14th to your specific eHost Admin contacts (IT Department).

What needs to be done: – Any desktop icons or bookmarks pointing to NetSolutions will need to be updated to the new web address using https://clientnumber.experience.care rather than https://clientnumber.cantatahealth.com.
Example: if your client number is 000123, your NetSolutions environment is https://000123.experience.care.

Get started now: You can begin using the new experience.care URL today.
The current hosted platform can answer to both .cantatahealth.com and .experience.care, but the once the migration is completed, you will only be able to use the new url using .experience.care
