On Thursday, December 22nd, 2022, in observance of the Christmas Holidays, the Experience Care Application Support Desk will be closed.
***All incoming calls after 2:00 pm PST will roll to the Experience Care After Hours Call Center for assistance with Patient Safety or System Down issues.***
You may continue to submit all issues via our automated support system (NEXUS) or email firstname.lastname@example.org and an Experience Care Support representative will address them when regular business hours resume on Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
For any Patient Safety or System Down issues please feel free to call the Experience Care Support Hotline at 1.800.426.2680 and a Hotline Specialist will respond in accordance with your organization’s Holiday service level agreement for your NetSolutions products.
